Who is responsible for processing my personal data?
The data controller is the company CRYPTO BIRDS PLATFORM, S.L. ("CRYPTO BIRDS"), a Spanish company, with its address at Calle Hermosilla, 48, 1 – D, 28001 Madrid, and NIF B-88009360.

For what purpose will CRYPTO BIRDS use my personal data?
CRYPTO BIRDS will use your personal data for the following purposes:

a. To manage your relationship with CRYPTO BIRDS and your subscription to our services.
b. To handle any type of query, complaint, question, or need for information you may have.
c. To send you information related to website activity that may be of interest to you.
d. To send you third-party information that may also be of interest to you.

What legal bases does CRYPTO BIRDS have for processing my data?
The legal bases that justify the processing of your personal data for purposes a) and b) mentioned above are the necessity of the processing to provide the service and fulfill the contract signed with the user and CRYPTO BIRDS' legitimate interest in managing its website and providing its service.

For purpose e) described above, the legal basis that justifies the processing is CRYPTO BIRDS' legitimate interest in knowing its users and improving its services.

For purposes c) and d) described above, the legal basis that justifies the processing will be your consent.

How long will CRYPTO BIRDS keep my data?
CRYPTO BIRDS will use your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and as long as legal responsibilities may arise for the parties. Once you unsubscribe from the service or exercise your right to cancellation, CRYPTO BIRDS will keep your data only to address such possible legal responsibilities for a period of 5 years.

What technical and/or organizational security measures does CRYPTO BIRDS apply to the processing of my personal data?
CRYPTO BIRDS has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the processed personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, considering the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or physical or natural means.

To whom may CRYPTO BIRDS communicate and/or transfer my data?

CRYPTO BIRDS will not transfer your personal data to third parties located in countries outside the European Union.

CRYPTO BIRDS reminds you that you can exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time: access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability.To exercise any of these rights, you must send a written communication to CRYPTO BIRDS, attaching a copy of your ID/passport. What if I am not satisfied with how CRYPTO BIRDS has handled my data? Can I file a complaint with someone?
