The simple and mere use of the Website grants the condition of user (hereinafter “User”), whether a natural or legal person, and necessarily implies the full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in this legal notice (hereinafter, “Legal Notice”). If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use of this Legal Notice, they should abstain from using the Website. This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates, so the version published may be different each time the User accesses the Website. Access and Registration

Any circumstances that are contrary to these conditions or the applicable legal regulations at the time the request and acceptance occur.

Checking new registration information that may be related to or suspected of being linked to Users whose accounts have been suspended for violating participation rules.

Any other circumstances that, at the discretion of CryptoBirds, may imply the non-acceptance of the registration request and/or access.

Each User is responsible for the use of their account, its confidentiality, and protection. The User commits to notify CryptoBirds immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their password or associated account or any suspicion regarding identity violation by email to info@cryptobirds.com.

If the User no longer wishes to continue as such, they can delete their account by requesting it via email to info@cryptobirds.com. Likewise, Crypto Birds reserves the right to cancel and delete any account for non-compliance with these conditions as well as those applicable to certain services or Contents, just as for misuse of the Contents made available to the User. To this end, Crypto Birds reserves the right to close the User's account, after verifying the facts, as well as the possibility of informing the competent authorities - administrative and judicial - if it could constitute a crime or offense in any applicable area.

Page Availability
Crypto Birds does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in accessing the Website or its Contents, nor that they are updated, although it will make its best efforts to avoid, correct, or update them, as the case may be. Consequently, Crypto Birds is not responsible for any damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the Website's service during its provision or previously.

Crypto Birds excludes, with the exceptions provided for in the current legislation, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability, continuity, or quality of the operation of the Website and the Contents, and the failure to meet the utility expectations that Users may have attributed to the Website and the Contents.

Likewise, if the User gives their consent, Crypto Birds will send newsletters, news bulletins, and any other information that may be of interest to the User regarding services or products of Crypto Birds by email, with the possibility at any time to withdraw the consent given, through an email addressed to info@cryptobirds.com requesting such withdrawal.

Duration, Termination, and Modification
Crypto Birds advises that every time Users access the Contents and/or services hosted and reproduced, they carefully read this Legal Notice. Crypto Birds reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Legal Notice at any time, in whole or in part. All conditions inserted are governed by Spanish law. All conflicts, controversies, or situations arising from these conditions and/or the applicable specific conditions will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Madrid, expressly waiving the parties' jurisdiction.
